Here is where I had an issue - called the bait-n-switch tactic. I was contacted and baited with a $450 estimate. This was to draw me in, as there was no way that $ amount was doable., but I had signed a contract. At the end of the day, the charge was $625. The company itself was good, communication was good. and the pickup happened fairly quickly, and the bile delivered a few days later, in excellent shape Would I use the company again? Yes...would I demand that the "fee" not waver, absolutely!
