I do not normally do reviews but I have to on this company because of the way everything was handled. I inquired about having my car towed from Iowa to CA a month ago with an enclosed trailer. I got a response from agent Jack Wilson from Broadway telling me he could have my car shipped to me for $1,450. At that time is was the best deal, and I committed to Broadway because they said they could have my car picked up right away and delivered in 4 days (that’s what I was told). After putting down a $300 deposit, Jack reaches out to me the next day and tells me he found a driver. But now they are requesting $2,000 and a smaller 2 car trailer would be delivering my vehicle. I was upset because now the price has been hiked up an extra $550, but I needed my , so I paid. My car eventually got picked up by the company Broadway picked for me (NE56 INC), and it got picked up at night. The next morning Jack is texting me asking me who picked up my car? My car was eventually located and delivered a day late, but a company who didn’t have an English speaking driver and a trailer that looked to barely make it. Broadway say they handled everything correctly, if I have any issues it’s the drivers/deliverers fault. Terrible customer service by both companies, never doing business with Broadway again.
