The most frustrating part of the experience for me was was that the process was not fully explained. It turns out that Boca does not really do the transport. They simply charge a fee to find a driver. I meticulously planned out the best time to transport my cars so they would arrive in California around the same time that I did. When the day that they were supposed to pick up the car arrived, it turned out they had just started looking for a driver and it took another week.

Mike never returned my calls but once I spoke with Earle (who was very professional and followed through with everything he said that he would) the process actually seemed to get started.

The original quoted price was $2900 but I ended up paying $3200. Apparently the price they give you is just an estimate that they have to negotiate with the drivers. Again, this was not explained originally.

Our role in the transport of a vehicle is clearly explained not only by our agents but also by the contract that is given to the customer before we will work on the order for the protection of the consumer. The contract is sent to your email for an e-signature and it is also located on our website. It fully explains our position and what we do as a company to provide the best service to our customers.
