Paul, we are very happy to hear that you had a good experience and will recommend us to others. We apologize if the driver was late. Unfortunately, it is difficult for them to give an exact time of day considering there are a lot of unknown conditions on the road (Traffic, weather, etc). We also apologize that the first carrier was unable to pick up the vehicle for you, but we're just glad that everything worked out okay. Thank you for your business.
