We arranged the transport for the customer's vehicle at the agreed upon quote. Afterwards, the customer changed their pick-up date and stated that it had to be picked up on a specific day (3/31 ONLY), so the carrier agreed to pick up the vehicle on that date if the customer was willing to pay $100 more. We discussed this with the customer before sending the driver out to the Origin location. She reluctantly agreed to the increase, but in no way was she "Low-balled." The customer never mentioned to our company (Broker) that the carrier had damaged her vehicle in any way, nor did we know that the vehicle was in any condition other than it's original condition (prior to pick-up).
