Car was promised to be picked up prior to or on delivery date. Came 2 days late. Car got to NJ 5 days late and delivered with over 100 miles added to speedometer. Was delivered at 10 PM in dark of night by 2 scary thugs, who demanded an extra couple of hundred dollars for excessive weight. They drove away in a car and then I discovered my trunk was crushed in apparently from the lift of their truck. Blue Star blamed it on place car came from. Condo association sent me security photos of car leaving in perfect order.Blue Star washed their hands of entire mess. Cost me my $500 deductible, hours of trying to have my insurance co. subjugate against carrier. Only option was to sue carrier which spending the time and energy was not worth it. Additional cost over $700, loss of use of car while being repaired. Will drive before ever using Blue Star.
