I recently needed to ship a brand new custon Ferrari on behalf of my employer. After recieving over 20 quotes on line, I selected a few that stood out. I spoke with several companies that were competitively priced and decided on Bluestar. I was a little hesitant in using a broker but I went with them because of their ability to educate me about the process as oppased to just trying to earn my business. Jason was very patient with me even though I am extremly detail oriented! He explained how the insurance works , which was important seeing as it's a $280,000 car! He also said that the car would be picked up within 3 days and delivery would take up to 7 days. The following day I recieved an e-mail, notifying me of the scheduled pick up. The next day a driver contacted me and picked up the car. I was a little nervous towards the end of the week, so I called Bluestar, they called the driver and he told that that he was getting close to Las Vegas. Six days after picking up the Ferrari, they delivered the car to my employer's condo wothout any problems. My boss was happy and so was I. Excellent service and highly recommended!
