Excellent Service at Reasonable Cost

I was hesitant to let a transport company pick up my brand new BMW from the dealer and bring it to me in southern California as I had heard horror stories. After getting numerous quotes and info from various companies, I spoke with Jay Morin at Bluestar Auto Movers. He told me how the process worked and was extremely reassuring. When a question arose I called Jay; the result was that I felt confident that the company cared about me and my concerns. I cannot be more pleased with the service: no hidden fees. Pick up was on time. Delivery was earlier than expected. My car arrived in perfect condition. I was contacted by Nicole as the drivers were enroute. The drivers contacted me the day before and the day of delivery. They taught me how to use several devices on the car. They were genial and extremely helpful. Everyone in the process was great! If I ever have to move a vehicle again I will not hesitate to give Jay a call.
