The deposit was refunded as the vehicle was not moved on our behalf. The order was dispatched and our driver tried to load the vehicle the same day they were leaving. They would not release the vehicle on our behalf, ironically and luckily for our driver, he received the same order from a different agent! Unfortunately delays can occur and we constantly monitor our loads to ensure that they don't by employing only proven carriers with proven fleets.
