I was a little nervous about who to choose, but April at Blue Star was very persistent and gave me all the certificates of insurance & information that I asked for. I was shipping an old Postal Van, so it wasn't a standard vehicle, but it all went well.

I now understand the process, basically BlueStar and the other carriers will just broker the transport, and really hand you off to whatever driver they find. But the driver they found for me was great...he even followed me home in my car when I drove the Postal Van home from the dropoff location. (note that some of the transporters need a lot of space, so we had to find a location that was free and nor very busy so the transporter could park up his truck.
