Blue Star had professional staff, and they were attendant to my needs. As it is in this business, they could not guarantee the date of pick up. I was told the vehicle would be picked up w/in a 5 day window, but the carrier wasn't assigned until after that 5 day window. I had followed up with the company two times before the last day of the 5 day window arrived.

Blue Star contacted me with Affordable Towing. My vehicle was picked up shortly after, about 3 days later, and the estimated delivery time was 3-5 days, taking 5 days. The driver of the truck and I were in regular communication. I requested the phone number of the Auto Carrier and the driver (I would recommend getting these numbers). One minor annoyance was that Blue Star states in their email that the auto carrier accepts cashier's checks, certified checks, or money orders, but the driver, Ken, pressed that his boss only allows him to accept cash payments on delivery.

The car arrived showing only minor dust and grim from weather, being it was delivered viz an open carrier. Everything was in tack, and despite the uncertainty of it all, in the end, I can say I am content with the delivery of my vehicle. The uncertainty of the shipping is not easy to accept, however.
