I have been in business for 30 years and have dealt with many companies before. I have NEVER dealt with ANY company as UNPROFESSIONAL as this one.
I have been getting a run around for over 3 weeks now. When I called and spoke to Barbara and calmly asked he status of my shipment,she actually told me to take my anxiety elsewhere and HUNG UP!!!HUNG UP!!!!!!
I bought car through e-bay from a power seller. It is unbelievable that he would use a company where the customer is treated with such disdain. This company is to be reporeted to the BBB for their unprofessionalism,lack of customer service and a "don't care" attitude. If you want courtesy and prompt sevice ,professionalism and efficency ----------go elsewhere . I still have not received my car.After much back and forth it was promised last Monday,April 3rd. I purchased this vehicle on March 12 th. Today it has been almost a month and still NO communication as to its delivery. What a horrible way to do business!
