I had a car that had to be picked up on a specific date that could abosulety could not be missed as the owner of the car was leaving the state and wouldn't return for 2 weeks. Spoke with Ricky he guarenteed be that the pick up date was no problem. I booked with them even though their price was higher than everyone else based on the promise to make the deadline. Called Gerrad the day of the pick up he again said he was in contact with driver and that it would be picked up on time. Driver never showed and the owner of the car left. I called Gerrar the next day and asked him what happened he said the drive was 200 miles away and would be there. I explained to him agian for about the 10th time that it can't be picked up as there was now no one there to deliver the car...He never fully understood this even after about 10 conversations with him explaining this. Long story short do not use this transport line, I have shipped numerous cars and good and bad experiences but never as poor at this...Even if no one else is available I still wouldn't use these guys. Will file with the BBB against them
