Like so many this was the first time I had shipped a car and was not only concerned but very unfamilar to the process. I talked to perhaps 6 or 8 shippers and obtained quotes from several more. I decided on Big Brothers because of the ratings on this site and my phone conversation with Cathy. The transaction could not have run more smoothly and within a week of my initial phone call my car was in California. Cathy was particuarly accomodating in that my daughter could not meet the driver so she accepted the car and held it for a day before we actually picked it up. She also kept up to date on the status of the transport and expected arrival time. I may never have the need to ship a car again, but if I do my first call will be to Big Brothers. Mike Pula
