Cathy at Big Brother's Transport was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with the shipment of my inop classic car to CA. Her responses from the very begining were the most professional of all the responses I'd received. She clearly understood my concerns re: my inop vehicle status and arranged for a carrier who has over 70% of their business being in the no-op arena. As it turned out the driver was exceptional and communicated with me on a regular basis alleviating my fears of shipping my classic. The pickup and delivery were right on schedule. Thanks again Cathy and Big Brothers!! I'll use you again when the car finishes it's restoration.
