I must admit to being totally skeptical in using a car transport service. Iread hundreds of reviews, cobtacted numerous carriers and brokers, and got enough "professional" opinions to confuse the heck out of me! But my reluctance was quickly eased after talking to Cathy at Big Brothers Auto Transport.
She professed to be an advocate for how this industry should be run, trying to dispell the negativity that surrounds many, if not most of those providing this service. Well, she has my vote!!! From her availability and accessibility to having EVERYTHING she said being TRUE and right-on, I can't express what a pleasure it was doing business with Big Brothers and with Cathy in particular. I wouldn't say this if I didn't mean it...but if you have even the smallest doubt of trusting any company to transport your car, you can erase those doubts when dealing with Big Brothers. I was so totally pleased that if I tried to express exactly how pleased I was I'd probably sound corny!
As for the driver...OMG, he was unbelievable! I had his cell phone numnber and EVERY time I called, he answered. He delivered my car ONE DAY EARLY and was a true professional.
If I ever have a need to use a car transporter again I can save myself the countless of hours (really days) of investigating and researching. Big Brothers IS IT!!! Hopefully I'll save you the time I had to spend...consider this a done deal!
