I had contracted with Betterway to pick up 2 cars. The first car was picked up and the driver made me pay a additional $250.00. Better way told me they would refund the overcharge, but I never received it. This Company is very dishonest. They had me pay a deposit up front for the other car and never picked it up. I had to hire another transport company. I had followed all the terms for cancellation and they told me they would refund my deposit. I have never received any refund. These people are very dishonest and i would never use the company again. Do not use this company.
