BestWay is Definetly Not the Best Way

My booking experience was with Best Way. I was told they were a broker but they do have their own trucks. I told them that I did not want to broker my service and they assured me it would be one of their personal trucks...which was not the case in the end. The initial quote was given to me by Taylor, quote #1233284. He very friendly and professional, giving me a competitive quote including taxes and all costs, of $925. After shopping the quote, BestWay was who I chose to go with. Taylor wasn't available when I asked for him and the man on the phone, a co-owner assured me that he or anyone could book the shipping. When he was finished with the booking the rate was $999, he said Taylor forgot the taxes. I emailed him the quote from Taylor with the taxes included and he said it was incorrect. I was disgusted and tired at the same time and just gave in after going back and forth about my original quote. Had I known they were $999 in the first place, I would have definetly went some where else...there were way better quotes I'd gotten. After the vehicle was picked up a day and a 1/2 late, I called Best Way and dealt with Beth from there on out. I didn't think about looking for a review until after the vehicle was picked up and I read 2 negative reviews. I asked Beth about it and she said, "people sit around all day and write foney review." This is not a foney review on my part. She was a very rude New Yorker, she new nothing when I asked about the progress. She hung up on me twice. I was never given the number of the ACTUAL trucking company who had my vehicle. Once BestWay had their money, they could've cared less about me. Beth wouldn't take my calls nor give me any information. BestWay is horrible. Poor customer care, no integrity and they lie. They are greedy and have no regard for the customer...not to mention my car had a very small dent on the drivers side. I was not there for the pick up b/c I had a flight, since the drivers picked up late and never called me, I couldn't change my flight, so I couldn't do the walk-around with the driver. He denied the dent, of course.
