Terrible... Stay away from them!

If you are looking for a auto transport, look elsewhere. "Best" way auto transport has to be one of the worst businesses I have dealt with in my life. Terrible customer service who always said "We will call you back" but NEVER did. Do not waste your money!!!! The car was agreed to be delivered 15 days ago, now I am in texas and my car is still sitting in NY waiting to be picked up. They have every excuse in the book and I am honestly afraid to call them because it is always a later date that they say my car will be here. Drive the vehicle yourself before going with this half ass company. They are rude, unorganized, and simply could care less about the customer satisfaction. Go with a company you know and have heard of... this one is a discrace.

We cannot guaranty the delivery, it is only an estimate or approximate time. The contract explains this very clearly. No one guaranteed a time.
