I read the reviews just like all of you and was very concerned. I contacted Sheldon and he reassured me that everything was going to be okay...which it WAS! They actually worked with me to make sure that I received my car before I left for Christmas vacation. And, they did that by picking my car up early for my own convenience. I was pleased with the personnel, service and promptness. I would definitely use Bestway again!
