This company assured me the LAST spot on a carrier and said my 16 yr. old daughter's first car would be picked up the following week with my $200 deposit securing it. A total lie! Was told lie after lie week after week. The manager nor the reps. or dispacth had the backbone to call me to tell me they could not get a carrier for the price they quoted...instead they sent me an e-mail saying I was out of luck...to find another broker. Wasted a month with these idiots. Dealt with a Micheal (who thought everything was funny), Vinny (another worthless representative), the manager Flow (very unprofessional) and Shelly in dispatch. None returned phones when they said they would. If this was the last auto carrier broker on earth....push your car!!

this customer could have cancelled the order and gone with someone else, they elected to go stay with us even after we had informed them that the truck that we had and cancelled on us , and that we had been trying to find another trucker.the customer probably could not find another trucker otherwise they would have cancelled on us.
