I had a great experience with Best Rate Auto Transport. I received A LOT of quotes, and Best Rate provided the best by far. In fact, Stephanie even gave me a discount on top of the low price because I shipped two cars. I did my homework, and researched every company that sent me a quote. Best Rate is not only an accredited Better Business Bureau business, but they also have a fantastic A rating.

Best Rate was very easy to work with and very accommodating. They were able to arrange the pickup for our preferred pickup date, and called to confirm the pickup date, driver's name, and driver's cell phone number. The driver and company (Shore-to-Shore) were also a joy to work with - very easy to get a hold of, pleasant, and honest.

The driver offered to pickup our cars the evening before our preferred pickup date, which worked out even better for us. Also, the quote stated that it would take about one week (7 calendar days) for the cars to arrive. (We shipped them from California to Michigan). However, the driver (Jean) was able to deliver the cars 6 days after they were picked up, so they were delivered one day earlier than the quoted time, which also worked out even better for us.

I am very pleased with the service, quality, and price I received in my transaction with Best Rate Auto Transport. This was my first time ever shipping cars, so I was a bit nervous about the whole thing. However, my experience with Best Rate (contact: Stephanie Miller) and Shore-to-Shore (driver: Jean) was excellent, and I highly recommend them for auto transport needs.
