You are the scammer, you took my 199 deposit,and you never answer the phone, never reply email, every on every must be careful, he never pick up your car, I told him must pick up on time when I order,and remain him many time , because I have flight on next day,he is deliberately,so he was not pick up on time, I can not change my flight, I order another shipper very on time,after I move to LA, I ask to refund my deposit, he say customer service will contact me about refund,, and never have any people contact, you call, no answer, you send email, he doesn't care, because he already hold the money, he doesn't care, he is "smart man" the address on NY, just a UPS store mail box,no body can contact him.beware , every one!
