POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was put in contact with Alex because of the dealership where I purchased my Harley. Alex promised to have my bike picked up within 2 days and we paid additional than other quotes because of this promise. He did not pick up the bike in 2 days, it was 5 days. He did not return calls promptly. We found out the bike was being picked up on the 5th day by the driver not Alex. We paid Alex in full but when the driver arrived at 1am to drop off the bike he informed me that Alex did not pay him and that I had to pay him or he would not leave the bike. I had to run to the bank at 1am and get money to pay again for this service. I called Alex at 9am same day 5/28/13 and he promised me that he would credit my card back the same day. Today it has been 2 weeks since that promise and I still do not have my credit. I have asked Alex to send me credit confirmation but he still hasn't. Alex called me yesterday to apologize and try to explain his circumstances. I have already asked my bank to do a charge back so I am waiting for that. Alex's issues for not crediting me may be an isolated issue.

This is was a complete misunderstanding and miscommunication. We have made every effort to assit Theresa in obtaining her refund. We clearly do not have a history of mismanaging customer refunds and our history of customer reviews is a testimony to that. We are extremely sorry that this refund has taken longer than expected, but Theresa has been assured it was due to an issue outside our control.
