Alex was the first broker that called me, actually on a Sunday, so I was hesitant to take the first bid, but he was totally truthful with me. Since this was my first shipping experience, I was bombarded with calls and didn't understand the process, especially the notorious "bait and switch" tricks. He gave me a firm deal and stuck with it, including price and pick up and delivery times. He was always available on the phone to answer my questions.
