Beckens Moving and Storage was the worst moving company i have EVER used. They not only lied to me but they used a different moving company all together, Experienced Van Lines. They over charged me and then he told me to give him more of a tip. He was rude and pushing and called 20 min before he got to my house even though i was told they would call 24 hours before. Then when they got to Cali. they called and told me my stuff would be there between 5-7 on Friday. HA... i called the driver at 7 and he said he was stopped by the weight station and told to sleep 10 hours so i had to drive back and forth to where i was staying ( 6 hours in all driving for me) I asked them to compensate me for gas and my time. Only 100.00 i asked for. Well the crap hit the fan and after talking to these jerks who cursed at me, called me names and said the meanest things to me I AM NOT LYING OR JOKING they pretty much said for me to F off. I call Beckens and nobody called me back. I call again after the weekend and talked to Joe the manager and still have heard nothing back from him after he said he would. YOU DONT WANT TO USE THIS COMPANY I PROMISE YOU
