From the moment we booked to have our car transported from our home in New Jersey to Miami, it was an easy and stress-free process. Josh was quick to answer all ongoing questions and to provide information we needed. The price was reasonable based on our research, and most importantly, no surprises on the pick up or drop off. Based on the reviews I had read about other transports, I was expecting last minute scheduling and pricing changes. Not the case at all. Pick up and drop off both went smoothly. The actual transport companies that Josh uses were great. They gave me ETAs for the pick up and drop off and then called both ways to let me know when they were about 1/2 hour away. I was so please, I booked my return trip for the car. I would highly recommend Beam Me Up. Josh obviously takes pride in his business and delivers great customer service.
