I was very impressed by the service of Baker Transport. My vehicle was shipped from Medford, Oregon to Alexandria, Virginia. The driver picked up the vehicle on a Wednesday and estimated delivery on next Tuesday or Wednesday. The driver called me on Monday to update me that he was on schedule. On Wednesday he called to say he had been delayed to for several hours on a pick-up and would have to drop off on early Wednesday morning. He provided a very reasonable explanation and I was very understanding. He met me around my apartment and everything went smoothly. The vehicle was in the same condition when it came off the truck as it was when it went on.

I was very impressed by Baker Transport's service. The driver took the time to frequently update the status of delivery and was very friendly. I would definitely not hesitate to have my vehicle transported by them again.
