Never Use Them - They are terrible and not interested in customer service

After about 3 weeks of not having my car picked up for shipment from IL to CA and a number of useless inquiry phone calls, I took their advice and went with another company (this was the best job that they did for me!) - I chose DAS. They delivered ontime as quoted.
