BT had the lowest quote so I decided to go with them. After I had placed my initial order, I never heard back from them again. Very disorganized. Do not use this company. Ever review that I have read here is totally true, and I have experienced it first hand. I cancelled my order.

I sent several emails through their website, which says most emails will be answered within 24 hours. I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL OR CALL BACK EVER!!!! I was always the one that had to call to check the status, and they never had any new development for me, and insanely and very rudely told me that I would need to pay an extra $350 on top of the total charges if I wanted to speed things up! This was totally upsurd and the gentleman and woman are very rude.

I went with this company before I knew this review site existed. Going with another company now, and will post the review on them as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CHEAP PRICES, CHEAP CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO DELIVERY. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.,
