I received a quote from them and promptly called because they look like a good reputable company. Boy was I wrong!! Not only did they not find a truck for my car but they charged my card when I had not agreed to it yet! I finally found another company to move my vehicle and when I called BT they were nothing but rude to me on the phone. I was told I would get my money back at first in 3-5 days. That didn't happened so I called back to see what the hold up was. When I said that it took them 5 min to take my money but 3-5 to return it the guy on the phone said I was being rude! That's when he told me it would take 7-10 days! It has now been 3 weeks since I have called to cancel my order and I still have not received my money back! I have called everyday for 2 weeks and no one seems to pick up the phone or call me back! Be very wary of this place because when they don't back their promises they are very reluctant to give you your money back! 100% money back guarantee? WHAT A JOKE!! Now I have to go through my bank to get my money back!
