The telephone contact was very good with this company. The person on the phone was pleasant, helpful, etc. The problem is that the car was never picked up as scheduled. I waited to hear from this company about their plans to transport the car, and never heard from them. Finally, after a week of waiting, I contacted them, and they were very vague about when it would be picked up .... saying, "it's difficult to schedule such a long haul", etc. When they could not give me definite dates of transport, I asked to cancel the order and have my deposit refunded. They did refund my money, but as a result of their failure to follow through, and the fact that I had to start all over again with another company, it took six weeks from the date of purchase to get my car delivered.
