Adam was informed of our refund policy, he did receive a 100% refund of his deposit, but in order to do this, we have to send the order through an audit process which takes between 7 and 10 days from the date the order is cancelled. We do this in order to make sure the customer has not done anything to hinder the vehicle being picked up (i.e., sent a driver away). A refund for the full amount was processed within this time frame, and we appologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
At BT Auto Transport, we value all of our customers. When transporting a vehicle, we believe you should research any company you consider using. We recommend that you do not use propaganda sites where the information may come from competitors, or from companies themselves in the case of good reports.
