we made arrangements on a Tuesday-car was picked up on Wednesday-I had it Saturday.What more can I say!!!! Thanks again BT AUTO EXPRESS.
I logged online for a company to transport my car,a 1999 nissan altima from Long Island New York to our new home in Jacksonville Florida-saw the ad for BT Express- I was impressed with the ad because it said to call anytime,24 hours a day,7 days a week- very reassuring to me.I filled out the online form for a quote for the transport.I received a prompt quote and very reasonable if you ask me-$665-I again went online to the BT Express website that I received in my e-mail,wrote down all the needed information and was asked to leave a deposit of only $165 to start the process-I do believe this was on a monday night,I received a phone call from BT Express the following dayTuesday, that my vehicle had been assigned a transport pick-up JR's AUTO TRANSPORT and would be picked up on the following day,wednesday.I also received a couple of e-mails from BT Express telling me the same thing and also including a "Tracking #" of which I could log in,put in my order number #140771-LV and keep track of what's up with my car!No problems-I received a phone call on Friday that my car was going to be delivered to my door on Saturday morning,to which it was.The driver unloaded my car and we went over the paper work,over the car-No problems-signed the bill of lading,handed the driver the remainder of the total $500.Very easy,very smooth.This was the first time I needed a car moved from one state to another,but if I or any of my family or friends need a service like this I know i'm going to call BT Express,Again THANK YOU for a great job(BT Express and JR's Auto Transport)for getting my car to it's new home.
