The driver, Mark Ireland, was very nice and accomodating. I obtained several bids for my Michigan to Florida delivery. I went with the lowest. I scheduled the delivery online and was informed that a driver would contact me within 7 days. About 1-2 days later the driver called and said he could pick up the car that night. Unfortunately I was out of town and would not be back until late that night. The driver was more than willing to accomodate my scheduel and we decided he would pick up the car the next morning. The next morning the driver arrived promptly at the time we discussed. He dropped it off less than two days later in Florida. I had someone in Florida to meet him. The driver called my person in Florida and gave plenty of notice as to his expected arrival time. My Florida person also said the driver was extremely nice and arrived at the time they discussed. I had no contact with the driver after he left with the car. I could not have been easier.
After reading all the reviews I was a little apprehensive about shipping the car. Not many of the reviews were positive. However, I believe that most people only write reviews if they have a bad experieince. Most complaints were that the driver never picked up the car. It appears, at least in my case, that drivers are independant contractors and the companies coordinate pick up delivery.
I was very pleased with the service I received.
