When working with 18 wheelers, it is sometimes impossible to reach the exact delivery address. We will get as close to the final destination as possible. At that time, we will either schedule a meeting place within a mile or so of the location where our truck can safely park to load and unload vehicles, or we will offer to drive the vehicle to or from the location of our truck. If this is the option the customer prefers, the vehicle is covered under our insurance from the moment the driver takes possesion until the time the customer signs off accepting the vehicle. As for Mr. Pelly, he did not make a complaint to the BBB, nor did he make a complaint to our company therefor we were not able to investigate and take disiplinary action against the driver in question. I agree that anyone who has a problem or complaint deal with it through the BBB, that is what they are there for and we are a member and work with them to resolve any issues brought forth.
At BT Auto Transport, we value all of our customers. When transporting a vehicle, we believe you should research any company you consider using. We recommend that you do not use propaganda sites where the information may come from competitors, or from companies themselves in the case of good reports.
Please consider using the Better Business Bureau where all complaints are verified, validated and resolutions are posted.
