Contacted this company to pickup a vehicle. I don't expect next day service and I work with truckers(flatbed) every day as my job. After 2 1/2 weeks they still did not even have anyone close to picking it up. I then called Dependable who was $200 more and they picked it up two days later. I left them a $165 deposit which they took from my account immediately. It is now 34 days later and I still have no refund in my bank as I have called twice every week left a message every time and NEVER gotten a return phone call. "It's in process, they tell me, they will get it done". DO NOT USE!!! Spend an extra $100 with someone who knows what they are doing.

This gentleman wanted a good price, and was told that it can take a period of time to pickup when you want a discounted rate. Of course Dependable moved it for $200 more, if Justin was willing to pay and extra $200 in the beginning the vehicle would have picked up promptly and we would not be having this discussion.
