My experience with BKK was excellent and I highly recommend them. I have to admit, after putting in for a quote here at transport reviews. BKK was not the first company I called, even though they were the lowest quote. BKK did not have a large number of reviews so I wasn't sure and called the next three lowest companies that had hundreds more reviews. Now, I don't know if it is because I am a female, or not. But each of these companies I called before BKK, gave me the "let me tell you how this works" speech. Telling me that the quote given to me on Transport Reviews was unrealistically low and impossible to meet. Then they gave me new quotes almost double what Transport Reviews had given. So being discouraged and frustrated, I called BKK. Let me tell you, Ian was polite, and professional from the start, treating me like a customer and not a girl who needed some education in the business. He was true to the quote and prompt in his correspondence. My car was picked up and delivered in less then a week from our conversation. The driver was polite and helpful and my car was delivered promptly without any damage or problems. I highly recommend you go with Ian and BKK, even if they don't have many reviews.
