Customer has no reason to leave us negative review.We did not ask him to pay extra .We only told him that may take longer to pick up in order to save him money but he did not undestand that.The review is false .Customer was agreed at time of booking for no guaranteed pick up time frame ( window) of 3 days from first availble date and then he begin asking for guaranteed pick up dates of 3 days window that is premium service and is not regular service that he ordered .And customer canceled shipment 1 day before last available pick up date and did not give us the chance to pick it up
