To be quite honest, after reading all the bad reviews I was very reluctant to call BKK. But I did, than I changed my mind and put the phone down. Ian from BKK traced my number and called me back and explained the reason for the bad reviews. I finally decided to take a chance and send my daughters car to Chicago from California. My daughter is a student and the rate Ian quoted was the lowest. Even though, the gas prices went up sky high in the last couple of weeks because of the problems in Ukraine, BKK still managed to get her car delivered, not as promised but, in reasonable time. If I ever need to ship a car, I will certainly use them again.
