I clicked "buy it now" on E-bay on a Saturday night at 9pm. On Sunday Morning U-Ship called me and in three hours I had a quote from BKK Transport ON A SUNDAY!!!. They were ready to pick up the car on Monday but the seller wouldn't release the car because we hadn't talked yet. Sherman called me, I called the seller, then called PayPal, then called the seller back to confirm he would release the car and called Sherman back. Everything was cleared up and my car was picked up less than 24 hours later on a Tuesday. Sherman called me and texted me the driver's contact info while I was on the phone with him. Awesome!!! I called the driver on Thursday afternoon and scheduled a Saturday drop off between 2 and 3. At 1 pm I got a call letting me know that traffic in Chicago was light and that the car was off the trailer. It was easier than any of the other shipments I have done. Normally it takes 3 to 5 calls to help the driver find a location and then the traditional two to three "oops traffic is heavy, I'm going to be late" calls but with BKK it was easy. Two days later Sherman called me to make sure everything was good with the car and no problems had been had with the drop off. I have never had this high level personal customer service in my life... It was excellent above my expectations and by far the cheapest price I have ever had for shipping a car. (full disclosure this is my third car to be shipped from the coasts over the past five years.) In less than 1 week I bought and received a car because BKK was willing to work weekends, including Sundays, to get me my car. Great service!!! The phone was picked up in 2 to 3 rings every time and never had to deal with a machine to get to a live person. Yes that is right... A real person picked up the phone in 2 to 3 rings EVERY TIME!!! I won't bother with a quoting agency next time. I will call BKK Transport direct and suggest you do the same.
