BKK Transport was Great, Trucker Sucked

BKK worked with me in getting my vehicle picked up promptly as soon as possible. Placed the order on Aug 6. Earliest pick up was that Friday, the 9th. BKK found a trucker Sat,trucker picking up vehicle on Monday.

Bkk adjusted his fee so I could pay the trucker $700, so he only got $49. The trucker, Omar (Floridian Transport) was communicative but sucked big time as he promised to deliver my car Friday or Saturday but didn't end up delivering until Monday which caused me an extra $70 on the rental car!

I didn't have time to argue but I feel he should have given me a discount for being late. I asked him and he said NO because it was raining. WTH!
