Very poor service. Brian at Bk was hired by the dealer to haul my 70 Chevelle SS396 from the Orlando FL area to southwest WI. I was told by shipping agent he was loaded on a Saturday and I should see the car Tuesday or Wednesday. Left work on Wednesday at 5 and went home expecting car to arrive. The car hadn't shown up by 6:00 and I had no contact from Brian. Called the shipping agent and got Brian's phone number and called him. He said he wouldn't have the car there because he had to go to Mankoto MN that night or the next morning, and he had ran into bad weather the day before. He never called me at any point to inform me of this. He also called me an asshole during this conversation. Went home from work on Thursday and waited until about 6:00 and Brian still had not shown up or called to let me know what was going on. I contacted him around 6:00 and asked him when he would arrive. He said again he had to go to Mankato he would not be there. Once again I had to call him, he did not contact me. During this conversation he said he would charge me an extra 100 dollars and called me a dick. From here on out I had the dealer I purchased my car from from communicate with Brian. I was informed the car could be delivered Friday during the day or Saturday morning. To the best of my knowledge Brian knew this, because I had told the shipping agent this fact prior to shipping. At 11:00 on Friday my wife called and told me she had gotten a call and the hauler was 2 hrs away could I be at home. I was able to get time off work and said I could be there. Got home at 1:00 and waited got a call from my wife around 2:30 saying Brian couldn't find my house and was under some low tree branches. A friend was with me and met the driver were he was and asked if I could meet them in a nearby parking lo. I said ok and went there. Arrived at parking lot and Brian would not unload my car until I paid him. Gave him a credit card for payment and he said he wanted cash. I asked if he would take a check and he said only cash. Came back with cash and asked him to unload the car and still would not unload car, I told him I would give the cash to friend to hold as a 3rd party and unload the car and take to a nearby car wash to clean to inspect it as it was very dirty. He still refused to unload the car.
