Dear Mali I want to apologize for the way that things turned out. Yes i originally quoted you $1200 to ship 3 vehicles 1100 miles. I had a carrier in place only to cancel on me the next day. That happened with 3 different carriers. Upon the third cancelation i called and adivise you of the situation. Fuel pricing skyrocketted to its highest level in a decade. You told me to proceed. You were scheduled for a dec 28th/29th pick up with a sunday January 2nd drop off. I followed up with you and the carrier and everything was set. Unfortunately i scheduled my vacation for dec 27th to Jan 3rd. Both you and the carrier had my cell number and i assumed all was well because i didnt get any calls from either of you. i apologized for not following up better and u can beleive this will never happen again.
