Dear Katrina thank you for being patient with us. That window of 2 hours was really a tough one to keep. We had a problem with other customers not being ready for us and arriving late to the pick up sites and the Los Angeles traffic didnt help either. But after we picked up your vehicle we shipped your vehicle as expeditiously as possible. Thank you for the opportunity to serve your transport needs. We look forward to doing business with you again.
