This was my first experience transporting a vehicle and I must admit it was hassle free. At first I thought it was a nightmare due to all the calls I received when I first inquired about transporting my vehicle. I received numerous calls and quotes most just recited their price and seemed a little to arrogant when I questioned pricing. I received a call from Gilbert whom was pleasant and engaging and took the time to explain the process thoughly from begining to end. I explained I didn't have a time line so I wanted the best price and good service. He called me a few days later and gave me notice as I had asked for. Gilbert was very perfessional and detailed every step needed to transport this vehicle. I gave him my contact to pickup the car in Nebraska he contacted both of us with delivery time, date, and location and contact number for the driver. The vehicle was picked up on time, the driver was courteous and delivered the vehicle in a timely manner. Aside from a ton of dirt which I expected from a long haul the vehicle delivery went extremely well. From begining to end I received great service and spoke with professionals who take pride in their work. THANKS FOR THE RIDE!
