I made the move from Florida to New Mexico. I was thinking of driving my car myself, buy when I factored in gas, hotel room, and just the hassle and discomfort associated with the trip, I opted to have my car transported. I am so happy that I went with this company. What I liked about the company was that the booking agent (Mike) was not pushy and actually took the time to give me advice on the move (the company that I was thinking of going with at the time, requested full payment at pick-up, Mike informed me that I should not give full payment until the car is delivered).
When I decided to go with Avenderle Transport, Mike detailed every step of the process. He also communicated with me throughout the process. What was comforting was that he made himself completely available to me and made sure that I was connected with the driver and the dispatcher to know where my car was every step of the way.
The afternoon before the driver was due to arrive; he called me to inform me that he would be there between 9am to 12pm the next day. I informed him that I had recently begun my job in Albuquerque and did not want to have to call in to my job about being late to work. He told me he cannot make any promises right then, but he would get back with me at around 8pm that day to let me know. The driver pushed through that night so that he could be there by 7:00am the next morning so that I did not have to call in to work! What I also liked was that he did not call me to come outside until after the car was unloaded (it was 17 degrees that morning).
All in all, I would recommend this company to anyone who values individualized service. This company gave great customer service from my first call to find out about their service to their follow-up call to make sure everything was OK at the end of the first day after delivery. This sounds corny, but I definitely felt like this company was looking out for me and genuinely had my best interest at heart.
