Was called the day before delivery which was two days after they said it would be delivered. at 8am the next day they called and was told delivery time with a one hour window. They also notified me it was cash only after we had a contract for our company check. I called my broker who confirmed order for check, they then mover delivery time back to 2pm to 3pm. Still arguing they would only take cash. They threatened to not deliver and charge me $250 daily storage and I would need to go from NY to NJ to get the Van myself. They then moved delivery time to between 11 and 12 and although I said I had an outside meeting they did not care “take delivery at the time it arrives and pay cash” or pay storage and get it yourself. They hung up on me and both customer service reps were horrible. NEVER USE this company you will regret it. So sorry I did not look at the other review first….
