These people work with AVL. They say they are AVL's dispatcher, but they are both con artist! Avoid them! Horrible customer service! They picked up my car without my authorization and threatened to keep my car since they have the title from the auction. They originally quoted me at $915 with their broker fee and that increased by over $500 by the time of delivery without prior notice. Horrible customer service! I am disgusted and wish I would have done my research prior to accepting their offer.
