This company contacted me with their great offer and that they had a cancellation on their truck and they had could pickup by S-10 and move it from Pa. to Nv. for $695.00 with a refundable fee of $175.00. They took the $175.00 out of my checking right away and never came to pickup my truck. I made call after call when they would be picking up my truck and was lied to each day that it would be tomorrow, tomorrow. WELL...tomorrow never came. So, I did the right thing, and cancelled the contract per their instructions. Now this is Dec. and I have faxed, sent letters, emails, phone calls, and did everything they have said to do but to no avail to get my deposit back. Now, I have no choice but to go to the next step and get the news envolved and after that I'll take them to court just for the principle of it. They owe me and alot of people their deposits back. They need to OWN UP!
